How can I stay motivated at work?
It’s easy to get stuck in a routine at work and sometimes that routine can feel a little bit tired. If you’re struggling for Monday morning motivation, here’s some top tips to supercharge your week.
Time for a change up! Maybe it’s time to refresh your working day schedule – it’s easy to repeat the same routines over and over again, but it can lead to boredom – try something new and step out of your comfort zone.
Ask for more! If you’ve nailed your current role and feel less challenged by your day job, maybe it’s time for a promotion? Ask for more opportunities to take on new work and hopefully career progression will follow…
What are you good at? It’s easy to forget your achievements – make a list of everything you’ve achieved in your role and set yourself some new goals. Aim high!
Take a break. If you’re tired with the monotony, think about the last time you took a holiday 0- if it was a while ago, it makes sense you’re feeling a bit demotivated. Take some well earned holiday and you’ll feel fresh in no time!
